Thank you for visiting Technoflick. We take the protection of personal data seriously and process it only where this is necessary to operate our website, communicate with you, provide our services, or comply with legal obligations. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, how long it may be retained, and which rights you have.
1. Controller and contact details
The controller responsible for processing personal data through this website within the meaning of Article 4(7) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:
Technoflick UG (haftungsbeschränkt)Represented by Muhammad Bilal Hussain
Paul-Ehrlich-Str. 1
69181 Leimen
Germany
Email: contact@technoflick.com
2. Purpose and scope of this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to technoflick.com, its public subpages, the website contact form, and direct enquiries addressed to the contact details published on this website. It explains the processing that currently takes place on the corporate website.
Separate Technoflick products, customer systems, support environments, or services may involve different processing and may provide their own privacy information. External websites linked from this website are governed by the privacy information of their respective operators.
3. What personal data means
Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This can include a name, email address, telephone number, online identifier, IP address, or information contained in a message. Processing includes collecting, using, transmitting, storing, restricting, and deleting personal data.
4. General principles and legal bases
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR, the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), and other applicable data-protection rules. Depending on the context, processing may be based on:
- your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
- steps requested before entering into a contract or performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR; or
- our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, provided that your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
Where information is stored on or accessed from your device, we also apply § 25 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG).
5. Visiting this website
5.1 Technical connection data
When you request a page, the web server and hosting infrastructure necessarily process technical information sent by your browser. Depending on the hosting configuration, this may include:
- IP address and approximate request origin;
- date and time of the request;
- requested URL, HTTP method, referrer URL, and response status;
- browser type and version, operating system, and device information; and
- the volume of data transmitted and technical error information.
5.2 Purposes and legal basis
This processing is required to deliver the website, establish a secure connection, maintain availability, diagnose technical errors, prevent misuse, and protect our systems. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are the secure, reliable, and efficient operation of this website.
5.3 Storage
Connection data may be kept in server logs for operational and security purposes. It is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required for those purposes, unless a security incident, legal claim, or statutory obligation requires longer retention. The exact technical retention period may depend on the hosting provider's security and backup configuration.
6. Contact form enquiries
6.1 Data processed
If you submit the contact form, we process the information entered by you. The required fields are your name, business email address, area of interest, and message. Company and telephone number are optional. A hidden anti-spam field is used to detect automated submissions.
The contact endpoint also uses the requesting IP address for lightweight rate limiting and abuse prevention. This technical value is handled in server memory and is not included in the enquiry email or stored in a Technoflick application database.
6.2 Purposes and legal bases
We use the submitted information to understand your request, contact you, answer product or service questions, arrange a TimeFlick demonstration, discuss a custom software project or partnership, and take steps requested by you before a possible contract.
If the enquiry concerns a potential or existing contractual relationship, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general business communication, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is responding appropriately to people who contact our business and documenting the resulting communication.
6.3 Required information
The required fields are necessary for us to identify the context of the request and send a response. Without a valid email address or sufficient message content, we may be unable to process the enquiry. Providing optional company and telephone details is voluntary.
6.4 Delivery and retention
Validated enquiries are delivered to our business email inbox. Submitted form contents are not intentionally written to application logs. Enquiry emails and related correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to respond, manage the resulting business relationship, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Statutory commercial or tax retention obligations may require longer storage where the correspondence becomes relevant to a business transaction.
7. Contact by email
If you contact us directly by email, we process your email address, sender information, message contents, attachments, timestamps, and related communication metadata. We use this information to respond to and manage your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication relates to a contract or pre-contractual steps, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in business communication.
Email communication cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not send highly sensitive information unless an appropriate secure transmission method has been agreed.
8. Business and contractual communication
When you communicate with us on behalf of a customer, supplier, partner, or other organisation, we may process your professional contact details, role, organisation, correspondence, and information relevant to the business relationship. We process this data to prepare proposals, coordinate projects, perform agreements, maintain business records, and meet legal duties.
The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b), Article 6(1)(c), and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, depending on whether you are personally party to the agreement and whether legal record-keeping duties apply. Our legitimate interest is managing our business relationships and communicating with the relevant representatives.
9. Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies
9.1 Current use
This website currently does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, cross-site profiling technologies, or behavioural advertising tools. In particular, the current website does not use Google Analytics or comparable visitor-tracking services.
9.2 Privacy-preference storage
When you accept, reject, close, or save the privacy-preferences panel, the website stores a small record in your browser's local storage under technoflick:privacy-preferences:v1. It records your panel choice, that necessary storage is active, that analytics and advertising are not in use, and the preference version.
The record remains on your device until you clear browser storage or it is replaced by a later preference version. It is not transmitted to Technoflick, stored in a Technoflick database, or used to identify you. Its sole purpose is to remember that you have seen the panel and prevent it from reopening on every page.
This storage is technically necessary to provide the privacy setting requested by you and is used under § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. To the extent that the record could constitute personal data, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in retaining the setting selected on your device.
9.3 Managing the setting
You may remove the preference record through your browser settings. Removing it will cause the privacy panel to appear again on a later visit.
10. Recipients and service providers
Within Technoflick, personal data is available only to people who require it for the relevant purpose. We may use carefully selected service providers to operate the hosting infrastructure, business email, domain and technical systems. These providers receive only the information required for their task and, where they process data on our behalf, are contractually required to follow our instructions and applicable data-protection law.
We may also disclose information to professional advisers, courts, public authorities, regulators, or law-enforcement bodies where this is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We do not sell personal data.
11. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some technical or email service providers may process information outside Germany or the European Economic Area (EEA). Where personal data is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we use an applicable safeguard under Chapter V GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and take supplementary measures where required. Information about the relevant safeguard can be requested using the contact details above.
12. Retention and deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. We then delete or anonymise it unless retention is required by commercial, tax, accounting, limitation, or other legal rules.
In deciding the appropriate period, we consider the nature and sensitivity of the data, the purpose of processing, operational and security needs, whether the same purpose can be achieved by other means, and applicable statutory limitation and retention periods. Data needed for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims may be retained until those claims can no longer be pursued.
13. Confidentiality and information security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against accidental loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access, and unlawful destruction. These measures include access restrictions, input validation, transport encryption where supported, anti-spam controls, rate limiting, and procedures for secure system operation.
No internet transmission or storage system can provide absolute security. We therefore review safeguards in light of the nature of the data, implementation costs, available technology, and the risks to affected individuals.
14. Automated decision-making and profiling
We do not use personal data collected through this corporate website for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. We also do not create advertising or behavioural profiles from visits to this website.
15. Your data-protection rights
Subject to the conditions and limitations provided by law, you have the following rights:
15.1 Right of access
Under Article 15 GDPR, you may request confirmation as to whether we process your personal data and, where applicable, information about the purposes, categories, recipients, retention period, source, safeguards, and a copy of the data.
15.2 Right to rectification
Under Article 16 GDPR, you may request correction of inaccurate personal data and completion of incomplete data.
15.3 Right to erasure
Under Article 17 GDPR, you may request erasure where the data is no longer necessary, consent has been withdrawn and no other basis applies, an objection prevails, or the data has been processed unlawfully. The right does not apply where continued processing is legally required or necessary for legal claims.
15.4 Right to restriction
Under Article 18 GDPR, you may request restriction of processing, for example while the accuracy of data or an objection is being examined.
15.5 Right to data portability
Under Article 20 GDPR, you may receive personal data that you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means. Where technically feasible, you may request transmission to another controller.
15.6 Right to object
Under Article 21 GDPR, you may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. We will stop that processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or the processing is required for legal claims.
15.7 Withdrawal of consent
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future under Article 7(3) GDPR. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
15.8 Exercising your rights
To exercise a right, email contact@technoflick.com. Please describe your request clearly. We may request information needed to verify your identity and protect personal data from unauthorised disclosure. You also have the statutory right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority under Article 77 GDPR.
16. Children
This corporate website and its contact form are directed at businesses and professional users, not children. We do not knowingly request personal data from children through this website. If you believe that a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.
17. External links
This website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control how those third parties process personal data. Please review the privacy information provided by the relevant third party before submitting information or using its services.
18. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, processing activities, service providers, or legal requirements change. The version published on this page applies to your visit. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
